Second batch of our team building event took place from the 10th to the 12th of September, 2024, at Kuala Kubu Bharu. This session included 34 staff members, completing the participation of those who were not in the first batch. This team building is important for fostering collaboration, as it helps enhance interpersonal relations and team cohesion outside the typical work environment. Participants engaged in creative problem-solving activities that improved communication, boosted morale, and increased overall productivity by enabling team members to work together more effectively. These exercises also help in recognizing and leveraging individual strengths, thus creating a more dynamic and efficient workforce, while building trust and accountability that are essential for a resilient organizational structure.
