We had a full day of outdoor activities at Terengganu Safety Training Centre Sdn Bhd that provide an opportunity for team members to interact in a different environment, improving team dynamics and fostering a sense of unity. Sea survival, fire fighting and smoke house escape are some of the activities that we did on the second day. Participating in fun and challenging activities can boost motivation and morale. Team members return to work with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
